Judge Steve Herrera Judicial Complex
Gerald Martin Construction Management (GMCM) is currently providing owner's representative construction management services for the new facility. In this capacity, GMCM is providing the County and District with a variety of construction management services that include: design reviews, constructability reviews, preliminary cost estimates, value engineering, and working with the design team to administer the construction contracts. Gerald Martin Construction Management is proud to be working with HDR Judicial, one of the nation's leading judicial design and consulting firms, as our consultant in this effort.
The First Judicial District's new Steve Herrera Judicial Complex is a $38 million, 100,000 sf state-of-the-art courts facility located in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Complex includes eight courtrooms and secure underground parking for up to 15 judges.
