Our educational portfolio includes project for both public and private institutions ranging from pre-k and early childhood programs to elementary and high schools to technical schools and higher education. On these projects, GM has utilized Design-Build, Design Assist, Construction Management At Risk, and Owner's Representative/Construction Management construction methodologies as well as traditional Design-Bid-Build construction.
