Gerald Martin's post-construction services include: start-up, testing, punchlist, closeout documentation, commissioning, and warranty.
GM's work is backed by a full-time and fully-equipped service department. We create an Owners manual of all guarantees and warranties from the manufacturers for materials and equipment included in the project. Should a warranty issue arise, the owner would place a call to our office. If the issue requires new material or equipment, GM will work with the manufacturers, suppliers, and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.
